QUESTAR BOARD DECLARES 261st CONSECUTIVE DIVIDEND

SALT LAKE CITY — Questar Corp.’s (NYSE:STR) board of directors today approved a $0.13 (13 cents) quarterly common stock dividend. The dividend, payable March 15, 2010, to shareholders of record on Feb. 19, 2010, is the same as the previous quarter. This is the company’s 261st consecutive dividend.

Questar Corp. is a natural gas-focused energy company with an enterprise value of about $9.2 billion. Questar finds, develops, produces, gathers, processes, transports, stores and distributes natural gas.
